Working through applications
The Registrations tab shows every application with its status. Approve the ones you want, waitlist the ones you might, and decline the rest with a reason. Each decision notifies the player in their inbox.
- Approved
- The player is in, and eligible to be entered into the auction as a lot.
- Waitlisted
- Held for now; if a spot opens they're next in line.
- Declined
- Not approved this time. The reason category is shared with the player.
Importing a roster
Already have your players in a spreadsheet? Import them from CSV instead of collecting registrations one by one. The desk validates each row and tells you exactly which ones need fixing before it commits anything — no half-imports. Running registration on a Google Form? See Import players from a Google Form.
You can keep registering and importing right up until you close registration. Once the auction is built from the approved list, keep the roster stable — late changes mean rebuilding lots.
