During beta, everything is free, so there is nothing to refund. This policy governs paid passes once they launch.
Full refund until your auction goes live
You buy a pass per tournament. You can request a full refund at any time up until your auction goes live. Once the auction goes live, the pass is consumed and is not refundable — you have used the thing you paid for.
Platform-fault abandonment
If an auction has to be abandoned because of a fault on our side, we refund the pass — always, regardless of timing.
Your data is never held hostage
Whatever happens with a pass, your records stay readable, and squads and fixtures download as CSV. We never withhold your data to pressure a payment.
