Besides the cockpit you run the night from, the auction has two screens meant for everyone else in the hall. Both are fed by the same live snapshot as the cockpit, both show only what a spectator may see, and neither has any navigation on it — they are made to be left running.
The venue board
The board is the projector screen: who is on the block, the current price, every team's purse and squad, the biggest buys and the last few sales. Open it on the laptop plugged into the projector and leave it alone for the night.
The broadcast overlay
The overlay is a transparent lower-third built to be dropped into streaming software as a browser source, so it composites over your camera feed. You can put a sponsor's name on it when you copy the link.
Getting the links
Both live under “Screens for the room” in the auction cockpit, with a copy button each — you open them somewhere else, on a projector laptop or in a streaming tool, so copy the address rather than clicking through.
