Build the auction
From the Auction tab, create the auction. You set the configuration — purses, bid increments, the rules of the night — once, at creation. It's locked in from then on, so the night can't drift.
Teams, owners and paddles
- Add the teams that will bid.
- Invite each team's owner by link and send it to them yourself — the platform sends nothing. The link works once and expires in 7 days.
- When they accept, they become that team's owner. They do NOT yet have a paddle.
- Grant each accepted owner their paddle from the cockpit's Owners & paddles panel. This is a separate, deliberate step — without it nobody can bid.
- Every team starts with the same purse — the money they have to spend.
An owner invitation cannot be withdrawn once you've sent it. There is no revoke control for owner links today: anyone holding the link can accept it, and a link sent to the wrong number stays usable until it expires 7 days later. Check the number before you send.
Lots
Lots are the players to be sold. Queue your approved players as lots, in the order you want to call them. The Readiness check on the Auction tab tells you exactly what's still missing before you can go live — no guessing on the night.
When Readiness is green, you're ready. Open the cockpit and start the night.
